Zain was so kind and helped me with my budget and saved me so much, everyone there is so kind and helpful, I didn’t have to wait long at all, plus I got my new glasses the exact same day!! And a pair of 30 day contacts! AND it’ll only take them maybe a week to get in my subscription of contacts, they’re the fastest place I’ve ever been to in my 20 years of wearing glasses. I couldn’t recommend this place more! (Give Zain a raise he absolutely is a saint and had me leaving the store happiest I’ve ever been over glasses)

- MSmark sandulescuDec 11, 20251.0poor customer service, I showed up sadly 8 minutes after my appointment time rather than being told that they couldn't see me because I was late I was asked to sit down and wait, finally at 6:50 somebody spoke to me and told me they could not see me. play also informed me that they cannot dilate your eyes, except on Tuesdays so they don't do a full eye examination. not only was I lied to about being able to get my appointment as I had called to state that I was going to be late, but when I walked in, I was not informed that they could not see me, I was not informed when I called and specified that I needed my eyes dilated, you thought they could not do so.
