Crysta helped me to identify how those trauma responses affect my mind and body. She works to identify how my responses are no longer helping or necessary to survive and thrive. She helps to visualize that trauma in your body, and to work through those feelings and trauma responses with visualization, paying attention to anxiety and depression by finding where in my body they reside and work toward recognizing them and easing them through different ways. She is also a very effective EMDR therapist even online. I’ve been under psychiatric and therapeutic care for more than 30 years, and Crysta is one of a very best therapists I’ve ever worked with. I really had doubts about online therapy, which became necessary during COVID, but Crysta has so many tools that work online. I highly recommend her for children and adults, especially in healing trauma.
