I originally had booked with another clinic, not Planned Parenthood, and they did not bill my insurance and sent me a quote for the appointment for something that should be fully included. Planned Parenthood correctly billed my insurance and the entire appointment was super smooth. Waiting times were a little long. I arrived on time, waited 20 minutes to get a room, then waited a while for a nurse, then another 20 minutes to see a doctor. I spent about an hour there to get a prescription for a medication.

Today they went above and beyond. i had been putting off going for so long and I really needed to be seen ...long story short I am so thankful for their patience today and my dog is too!!🐶🐕
- SMSophia MarchesiMar 26, 20251.0I’ve gone here a few times now and the first time the staff was kind and welcoming but the last few times were not the case the receptionists were rude and argumentative. The nurses and doctors have been great and very helpful but the receptionists are the worst to speak with and just have an attitude and will argue with you if you ask a question or give an explanation. Truly disappointing and I hope this can be fixed so no one else has to experience this :(

I was a walk- in and the recepionist was super polite and got me in right away. Ingrid P. was my medical assistant and she was absolutely helpful in every aspect, she took the time to give me all the services I was hesitant in receiving with every mean of understanding and empathy . I was in and out disregarding all the services I received and with not having an appointment. Literally wished every clinic had these types of services and staff !
