- BVBrendan Vannie4 days ago5.0Came in this morning for drug screen only. Moderately busy and I was prepared to wait. Front desk lady was professional and nice. They got me in there within 20 minutes and it went smoothly and then I was on my way to do my other errands. Noellia was the nurse and she was great. I've been to this location before years ago and I think it was the same easy breezy situation. Most people who have a normal positive experience don't leave reviews, but a lot of people are inclined to leave bad reviews even if their bad experiences were their own fault. This is why I think this location has a lower rating at this time. Everyone there was friendly and professional and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Will return in the future.

I love when I am in the Escondido area and I get to go here, because Noella and Theresa always take good care of me, and I am always taken care of in a timely manner.

When I went, it was not very busy, so getting in and out was a breeze. Brian, my PT was super knowledgeable and was really helpful in teaching me how to care for my injury. After just two sessions, I was able to understand the exercises I had to do and showed significant progress. The place was clean, the equipment was newer, and everyone was attentive. Thank you, Brian and Concentra, for being close to home and professional!

To be honest, I really don’t like going to Concentra locations because of the lackluster energy I get from tired women whom work there. At Concentra locations most of the women workers are not very warm welcoming and friendly. Just tired and emotional including some of the women here. But the pretty doctor that runs this location is a ray of sunlight. Hopefully, the others there will soon follow her lead. I’ll like to thank her for changing my spirit and energy the day I visited for my dot physical! I really did not want to be there day because of the energy I normally receive when visiting Concentra. But She uplifted me. Thanks Dr. Cruz. We need more of here energy in this world!😄

She really listened to all concerns regarding my injury, very thorough with my treatment and care and showed me kindness and empathy during every visit which helped in the healing process and contributed to my whole body wellness and recovery. The physical therapy and chiropractor department was super beneficial and kind too and I really appreciate them too and highly recommend this place!
