- RRRaquel5 days ago1.0My first and last time I will ever buy glasses from them!! I ordered 2 pairs & only have received 1. It's been a month & 1/2 and still don't have my 2nd pair! No one can tell me what happened to them though. Absolutely ridiculous, so unprofessional!!!! Never purchase eyewear from this place!!!!!!

Second they said they didnt take insurance they only offered discounts?! Um i only went because i thought they covered my insurance, and third good luck tryna get anything done on the internet there is no signal in there the lady helping me couldnt even get her screen to load overall terrible experiance felt like i got scammed but the gentleman with the long hair was very helpful. Shoutout to him

- DGDiana GudimenkoNov 4, 20251.0I’ve heard that this company wasn’t good but I still went because it was convenient and I’ve been there previously and had no issues. When I went a couple weeks ago, the person who took my exam was impatient, dismissive and rude. He kept on muttering underneath his breath during my exam and was being impatient when I was telling him none of the options on the screen looked better. The trial pair of contacts they gave me wasn’t my correct prescription and my vision was still blurry in one eye. When I told them that, they assured me that once I use my actual new prescription, it wasn’t going to be like that and they also told me that once I open the pack of contacts, I won’t be able to return them. I needed contacts asap because my eye was in so much discomfort so I opened the contacts and they did absolutely nothing. They weren’t any better than the trial one they gave me. My vision is still blurry and eye is still uncomfortable, if not more. And I’m stuck with a years worth of contacts that I can’t use and can’t return for a refund. I don’t recommend this location or this company.
