  I was here with forms they said they were familiar with and i found out they were not. I've been waiting for at least 2 hours. After the doctor had seen me for about 1 hr, i was informed by a staff member the doctor will be in a meeting and will not release me so i have to wait 30 minutes. This is terrible. Last time i come to this place.

  Went to the Concentra ElSegundo facility for a urine drug screening test for employment. Very professional staff. Friendly, no wait time. The young lady medical assistant who was with me for the test was very nice. She explained everything to me and the process was fast. My goodness compared to the Gardena facility on 190th street, I was there almost two hours for the urine drug test and TB test for a different employer.

  I will start this off by saying I will be very excited to see a dark skin African American woman as a N.P. she was very beautiful. I am an African-American woman myself and was happy that someone who looked like me was going to see me. She treated me as I was the scum in the bottom of her shoe. She never once looked me in my eyes, her attitude towards me was horrible and made me cry. I didn't understand where it came from the way she spoke to me was very condescending almost like as if I was pretending I had an injury the conversation was very short with lots of uncomfortable silence in the room as she was typing. She never wants asked me to stand up to see my range of motion she never touched me at all I don't even think she wanted to like I said she treated me as if I was the scum from the bottom of her shoe I most definitely called corporate and made a report. And will not ever walk back into another Concentra again. black people we must do better towards each other especially women we should love each other and unite together especially during these times I hope someone else experiences better than mine.

  Doctors listens to my lungs you don’t have pneumonia after waiting for 45 mins place is empty. Now after ordering X-rays which I declined because I asked why X-rays she said to make sure you don’t have pneumonia well you just listened and you said the doctor doesn’t make much sense…she said you don’t have pneumonia. Well we can’t tell if you do unless we X-ray….why even listen then…I declined the X-rays doesn’t make sense to be exposed to radiation if you don’t need to. This place is very interesting to say the least for the quality of care and a little suspect to be obvious. The check in procedure is sub par they want to triage you first…none of it makes sense. We’ll see if I get the meds I need to get better. They told me my insurance will let me know if there is a co pay lol….okayyyyy

  Terrible patient service. Came in just to get stitches removed and was told that the doctor won't be back for 2 hours due to lunch. Who takes a 2 hour lunch break?!? Was sent to a different location which also wouldn't see me. Kept going in circles only to end up paying over $300 in 2 simple stitches in my finger while being treated poorly and waiting forever. They mange to make you feel like crap and then charge you through the roof for it. I know it's urgent care but would recommend going somewhere else if you can manage the time. Wouldn't tell anyone to go here.
