- LFLove frequenciesJan 5, 20265.0Walked in on a busy afternoon, although I waited without being greeted or asked/gestured to wait while the front desk staff were busy. After briefly waiting, I was able to get quickly registered by one of the front desk medical staff using a link that was sent to my phone number via text. I waited for a short period of time and was called in by a friendly medical assistant who greeted me by name, verified my Identity and proceeded to do a urine drug test for my employer. I was given a locker to place my personal belongings, I was asked to wash my hands, I was given instructions on urinating in the cup, not to flush the toilet etc. I signed my consent, washed my hands again with the orange soap which left my hands feeling soft and moisturized š«¶š¼ and I was ready to go- I was told my employer could receive the results in as little as 3 minutes. The staff member had a great personality and was prepared and knowledgeable. Other team members did good but can do better in providing more prompt customer service and smile more often as I was not immediately greeted upon arrival or asked to wait until I could be helped & while I was being walked back some medical staff gave off stares of confusion instead of being welcoming and greeting with smiles. āØI would like to remind everyone who in one way or another serve each other in whatever role we play while we earn a living: āwe all serve each otherā and while weāre clocked in weāre on stage. Letās put on our best show. š It was an overall good experience I was in and out within 15-20 minutes *they offered coffee and snacks in the waiting area. Thank you š

- CVCeleste ValdezDec 11, 20253.0Ortho specialist Doctor Harrison is amazing as always and staff are very nice , visit is quick but I waited 50min so far for my discharge papers (still sitting here) They only have 1 person at front desk and I understand they are busy but they definitely need 1 more person at the front because Iām sorry waiting this long for paperwork is crazyā¦hopefully they eventually do that so the load isnāt so much for 1 person to have to get done and making everyone wait along time š„ŗ
