- CLCelina LakeNov 17, 20253.0Came here for urgent needs. Staff was nice and attentive. I didn’t have an appointment, and my wait time was about 45 min, which I kinda expected. Once I was attended too things moved quicker. Overall I’d give my experience a 7/10, mostly taking points off due to the facility environment itself. The bathroom was dirty, missing toilet paper, and the wheelchair accessible button to get in/out of women’s bathroom was broken.

- DBD BNov 6, 20251.0I was referred this urgent care by medi-cal - La care themselves, (8:30 AM on 11/6/2025) called Concentra (@8:36 AM) before making the trip to verify they took my insurances, in which they confirmed they do; and upon arrival was told they don’t take medi-cal at all. That’s strange because with today’s technology I don’t think medi-cal would give me the wrong information it seems more the front desk doesn’t know I’d be listed directly under my group ( preferred ipa) and NOT medi-cal.
- DCDarren ChungNov 3, 20255.0I been to 3 different location for drug test screening and this El Monte one is the closest from home. Pre-employment drug test screening. Walked in, no appointment. They sent a text to open a link on my phone to input my data for check-in (so bring your phone with you) I hadn’t drink enough water before giving them my sample, so i was gave two small bottles of water to drink and had to wait up to 3 hours. It took me 1.5 hours to wait and finally gave enough samples to complete my drug test.
