    Worst experience I have ever had at a dental office! I went in as a new patient, I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early the check in process was great and as soon as they took me in for my ex rays and that’s where the appointment went south. The kid doing my ex rays was not very gentle taking the photos. After he asked if I had any concerns about my teeth I let him know that one of my veneers had fallen out and I wanted to know if they could reattach it. This kid did not know what a veneer was and asked me if I could spell it out for him so I did. After the X-rays I was put into a room where I was told a dentist would meet with me virtually through the screen inside the room. 10 minutes pass, 30 minutes pass and nothing. Finally, the receptionist comes after waiting almost 40 minutes to tell me the Dentist is delayed and would take about another 30 minutes for my virtual consultation. I was offered a later appointment or to reschedule, at that point I was already disappointed so I left. I don’t plan on going back.

    This place is a grift! 1.The evaluation is made via FaceTime with someone who was not a dr. 2.Scheduled a specialty appt with a referral from my insurance under the impression they were contracted and would follow the insurance fee schedule. Well when it came to review the treatment plan, they states the OS was not in network for treatment only for evaluation and if we wanted the treatment it would be as out of network. Why would they accept specialty consults knowing their drs can't perform the service? To grift the consult fee of course. 3. They added an unnecessary process to the treatment plane because they knew it wasn't covered and would be an out of pocket cost. Cuz why would a wisdom tooth "require" a bone graph if no reconstructive treatment was following? To charge those $600 since all the insurance pays it is $120 for the extraction. Save your time and money and go to a dr that is not looking to monetize from your pain. I've worked in dental offices and dental insurance processing for over 10 yrs, I know what I'm talking about when I tell yall they are grifters.
