    Coach Desi has been my trainer since Sept 2018. I absolutely love Desi’s programs and her coaching style! I been working out for approx 30 years and I came across many types of training in my past, from doing CrossFit, Bootcamp courses, Strength training, Circuit Training and etc. However Body By Desi program is a combination of all,which I love! Her program also includes a fitness app to meal logs and track your macros, which are easy to use.

    “I got my Health Back” I started with Body By Desi in May of 2018. I had been retired for 2 years and was out of shape and premenopausal. I was gaining weight, flabby and what I use to do to lose weight was not working anymore. I was so frustrated and I didn’t really know where to find a personal trainer that would care about me and my journey. As fate would have it, a family member had found a personal trainer that she was very happy with and said that Desi only train's women so it is a safe environment to be in. I reached out to Desiree Gomez (Desi) and Desi said that she thinks she would be able to help me. I was so excited and I am still excited to this day because of how I have evolved, gotten stronger, wiser, leaner and more health conscious. For over 7 years I have been training with Desi two-three times a week. She has made personal training programs which consist of food and workout programs for my different stages of life and what I wanted to accomplish in those stages. What I learned in my first few month's is that Desi listens, she cares, she is kind, she is honest, a hard worker, and she has a ton of experience with injuries, body sculpting and maintaining a healthy body for the long haul. She gives you 100% of her time in your session and beyond. It took me a long time to finally stop trying to sprint to my goals but to enjoy and learn thru the process of a slow and steady journey. I can honestly say that I have gone through a huge transformation in my fitness journey because of Desi’s knowledge, experience and dedication to me as a client. I have learned such a valuable lesson through my fitness journey that I apply it to everything in life now. Desi has taught me to balance my fitness journey by focusing on health, strength, recovery and not the scale. She has taught me so much about food and balance in my daily meals and not to diet but to make it a lifestyle of eating healthy. My results have been, getting my health back, becoming stronger, maintaining a healthy weight/size for several years and becoming more confident and happy with how I fit in my clothes. I am so very grateful that I have a personal coach who truly cares about her clients and their results. I recommend training with Desi to all women of all ages that want to see results, want knowledge, want empowerment, want good health and want to be strong.
