I had to prep myself in the parking lot before stepping foot inside - that’s how worried I was about the unknown. Once I got inside and situated with Riley, all my worries went out the window. He was super calm, friendly, and professional. He laid the process out for me in simple layman’s terms and guided me through each potential step and the general timeline I should expect, while all the time making sure I had all my questions answered so that I was at ease. He gave me his honest opinion on my situation and likelihood of completing PT ahead of my doctor’s plan. I really appreciate how straight forward Riley was and every thing was quick to the point. Riley and the aides walked me through each of the activities and exercises and then just let me do my thing without hovering. Overall great experience at this PT spot. I even got to run into the owner, Gary! He has a super loud booming voice, very fitting for the owner! Give these guys a chance. I had a great experience.
