She should not be in the position to greet and handle customers. I was given wrong information as if she knew what she was talking about, then when embarrassed for the wrong info most likely, ended up barking, (yes BARKING), at me. Wouldn’t answer my questions but rather yell over me. I then told her to stop raising her voice, she replied in a very rude manner, “I am a loud person.” Not so as she spoke softly afterwards to her colleagues.
