  My name is Brenda, and I’ve been receiving care through Tender Rose for about six years. Over this time, I’ve had the privilege of working with caregivers who are attentive, conscientious, and proactive. They don’t just wait for me to ask; they anticipate my needs and follow through on my tasks. Beyond the excellent care, they provide genuine companionship, warmth, and understanding, which has made such a difference in my daily life. Having caregivers who not only support me but also bring kindness and good company is something I truly treasure. The Tender Rose office team is also wonderful, responsive, professional, and always easy to communicate with. Claudia, the care coordinator, is available whenever needed, which gives me peace of mind knowing support is only a call away. Whenever I have a perceived need, I can always rely on Claudia to help me resolve the problem at hand. She has always been thoughtful and kind. I’m deeply grateful for the consistent, high-quality care I’ve received and would highly recommend Tender Rose to anyone in need of compassionate and reliable care.

  My husband, John Buss, has done quite well in the eleven months since we have been with Tender Rose, He has been clear headed most of the time, showed good humor and is interested in what is going on in our private life and in the world. As his wife, I have truly enjoyed the company of each and everyone of our care givers. I have never had so many female friends who are in my life on a regular basis. Well done, Tender Rose!

  My mother and I were Tender Rose customers for only a few months. During that time, the professionalism and care demonstrated by our care team - especially Courtney (Care Success Manager) and Lea (Memory Care Professional) - was top notch. Courtney was my first impression of Tender Rose and she was super caring, thoughtful, detail oriented - during our first talk and every touch base after. Lea was the most INCREDIBLE Medical Care Professional for my mother - in both my opinion and my mother's - she very quickly felt like a 4th kiddo to my sweet mother. Thank you to Tender Rose for having team members like Courtney, Lea, Jennifer, Lucero....teams with people like this differentiate you, for the better, from other care providers.

  Tenderose has the best training personnel to start off with and shortly meeting clients and working with them has been nothing but the best . Staffs @ scheduling are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tenderose for my loved ones because everyone I’ve met and worked with as team care and love our clients I would want that for my loved ones as well

  I’m updating this review to share that two years after posting it, care has remained five star, consistently exceeding my and my family’s expectations. Mila is still Mom’s care coordinator and I’m so grateful for her unflappable calm, wisdom, and creative solution crafting she brings to her role. Mom’s care has expanded to five days and now two marvelous caregivers share caring for her. I don’t have adequate words to express how grateful I am for everyone at Tender Rose who is an integral part of our treasured village of care and support. There is no better feeling than the reassurance of knowing my mother is truly valued by everyone at Tender Rose for who she is now (and will be for every day that follows). Shoutout to Chasity who provides exceptional scheduling coordination, responding very quickly to any changes! This is an amazing organization that combines professionalism with compassion beautifully and consistently. Tender Rose provides top notch, compassionate care for people with dementia as well as support for their families. Everyone I have talked to or worked with at Tender Rose has been understanding, professional and personable. The Tender Rose team worked hard to find a great fit between my mother and a caregiver. My family and I are so very grateful for this caregiver. She has engages Mom in activities that are fun and interesting for her as well as ensuring needed tasks (grocery shopping, etc.) are taken care of. Mike provided initial education for my family and me in best practices for supporting people with dementia and he continues to be a resource for us as we grapple with new challenges. Mila coordinates care for my mother and she has seemingly endless reserves of patience and an amazing capacity for creative problem solving. Paula leads this organization with empathy, expertise and true commitment to each family. I recommend Tender Rose wholeheartedly.
