It is okay to buy a new gram and they will take your old lenses from your old frame put it on the new frame, but if you needed to replace the lenses they want you to turn in your frame for a whole month because they need to ship it out. It is your policy and this is what I think of your policy. I was doing business with them since 2021, and when they had issues with delayed orders due to factory maintenance back in September, bought just the frame planing to replace the lenses later, even if it will cost more but I want to keep doing business with them. Just to discover today that the company policy cares less of customers and their convince, this is all just to push you to buy a whole new set even if you didn't need to. Keep your apology for yourself. I don't need it. It's not your reply. It does not solve the issue.
