- MUmagega unlimitedNov 14, 20251.0Horrible gym. It’s like a little high school clique. Most of the trainers are unskilled. They participate in a two week kickboxing training and that’s who you’re paying $150 dollars to train you or your kids.You’ll have a BJJ guy training you kickboxing and the guy can’t throw a proper punch or kick to save his life. Few exceptions like Troy who’s a legit good trainer. The rest are incompetent clowns who will have you doing silly and inconvenient workouts to make you feel like your getting your moneys worth. You’ll see them on their phones if it’s your kid their training and you aren’t there. By all means do not bring your significant other to the gym. Your SO will get unsolicited texts like mine did from weirdos like Rachel and Eric. Even if they paid us to be trained we wouldn’t want it. That’s how unsolicited it was. You’ll have trainers like Nikki and Rachel trying to bully your SO discreetly because they’re in some silent competition with her completely unprovoked. Good luck cancelling your membership, they’ll tell you they wrote it in the notes and gaslight you later that it isn’t there. Always email them or certified mail and never keep an active card on file. If you do, cancel the card with your bank right after otherwise they’ll charge you to death. Some of these people will make you feel like you way to catch a felony so If you want a peaceful workout go to 24 hr fitness unless you want to beef with people living in a van.

Took be ~20 calls over the course of 4-5 months to sort this out. 16 calls since I started to take notes of conversations to prevent getting random incorrect information from people. Log attached. Melanie from the staff is great. The interface with the corporate office is terrible and yields a pathetic customer experience. Unfortunately this review goes here because this is my interface to this system. The gym itself is fine as long as you don't get billed incorrectly. Take a long time to recover from that.
