  My appointment was at 1:45- and i got there 10 minutes early. The man that worked at the front desk had a not so best attitude toward me the whole time. I asked if i could join the program and he was hesitant at first. he looked over the sheets as i filled out the program format to see if i qualify and in a rude tone he told me i donot qualify off the bat. it was already past my scheduled appointment time and he told me certain things were not added correctly. my friend who has been with plan parenthood in different locations told me the things they claim are needed are NOT needed for the program and as i mentioned it to him in a rude tone he told me it’s what they need and that he can’t speak for her. not only that but he was giving me a attitude saying my appointment is already late and it’s taking too much time. i ask him if i should just try and fill the part out or leave it or if i can get it and fill it out after. he said no to each. And as i try and tell him i can fill it out now and quickly, he says well your already late soooo… and i was about to cry. not only that as well as he would say those things he would look at me like i’m stupid and side eye at his co workers while leaned back all lazily like he didn’t want to help me anymore as i kept asking questions because i wanted to see what was wrong with me urgently: i go back to my seat and try my best to fill it out not knowing what it exactly was since i wanted it to be confidential. as i still am on the phone with my friend i felt like i wanted to leave after that point and as i was uncomfortable. I walk up to him at the front desk andi tell him i think i will just come another time giving him the program paper work. he then says let me talk to someone and she let me sign some things and go forth with the appointment. she said i don’t qualify for the program which doesn’t make sense at all in this case but i am qualified for another program insurance and she didn’t even explain it. the doctor who checked on me was nice and reasonable and gave me good information, but did not provide anything that could physically help me in the time. The front desk worker really ruined my time there and i wanted to leave. not a great experience and i was very uncomfortable. i will be trying out other locations

  Planned Parenthood is a treasure. These folks are working so hard, are so nice, are so helpful. I wish I could buy lunch for everyone that helped me today ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  They made my girlfriend cry. They didn't seem to care about any of her concerns. They're rude and unprofessional. They rushed through the tests and hurried her out. They treat people like cattle and should be ashamed to call themselves "medical professionals". DO NOT go here.
