They took their time to find the right screw and replace it and above all they didn't even charge us. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely go back to them for all our optical needs.

Sherri helped me throughout the entire process — her 45 years of experience in both the artisan and optical world really showed. She took the time to understand what would work best for my face shape and lifestyle. With her guidance, I ended up choosing the DITA Flight 006 for sunglasses and the Balmain x Akoni Brigade III for my optical glasses. Both look incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with my choices. Sadly, her store does not have Matsuda brand but that is fine, all I could say is her service maybe one of the best in my Socal shopping experience. If you’re looking for luxury eyewear and expert advice, this is the place to go. Sherri made the whole process smooth, enjoyable, and personal. Highly recommend!

They clean my sunglasses, getting all the gunk out of the cracks and getting the lenses spotless. I’ve even had my lenses replaced once there. They are always cool, and don’t seem to mind that they’ll be lucky to get one sale a decade out of me.
