I am a senior citizen and require the use of a restroom frequently, when I requested use of a restroom I was directed to Nordstrom, that required a walk of about 300 yards. A inquired again and they said that was the only option. I summarized the situation and took my business to Costco optical. The worst customer service with an attitude that I have ever experienced. You lost a customer and will lose additional business when I tell my friends this story.
