The associate was very friendly and informative. All was great but your prices are very expensive. The fact that we were not told that after trying on the inserts you had to buy or get store credit before had seems very shady. I will most definitely warn people if that before going. Sure hope these inserts do what I was told a it was very expensive purchase my husband and I made. Also only buying them as a pkg and not just the inserts is costly and may cause low sales.

Please note, this review is based on my personal opinion and personal experience. Also, just to be clear, the store I visited was the Redlands location. Their products are not custom made, they are way overpriced. Do not waste your time and money, you will regret it as soon as you notice that their products do not work. I wish I would have researched them before buying, but I was desperate trying to find a solution for my pain. My pain level went from a 7 to a 10. I would give them negative stars if I could, maybe a -5 stars. Today, 10/26/2025, I returned to the store to try and get some type of resolution since their products are actually crating more pain for me. When I first visited the store I was desperate with foot pain, and ever since I started using their products I started having back pain as well. I spent close to $2k on their products, and they now refuse to issue any type of return and/or credit. I understand that they have a “no returns policy” which should be a red flag for all customers. All I asked was for store credit, but they declined that. They are forcing me to try a different level of product. All I want is store credit, just so that I can get some of the shoes they sell (which is a well known brand). I hope that others read the reviews and make more educated decisions, unlike me.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from regular inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm, flexible support that helps correct poor foot biomechanics and provide long-term pain relief.
Can arch supports help if I already buy good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often foot pain is due to the foot going into the shoes rather than the shoes themselves. Proper arch supports stabilize the foot and can alleviate common foot-related discomfort.

Yes, for customers aged 6 and older, arch supports can be taken home the same day after a fitting at your local Good Feet Store.
