I had a record-breaking 99 second visit—yes, truly—from check-in to blood draw to exit interview. In and out with zero friction, every step clear, respectful, and inclusive. While the 15 interstate hums in the background, this center moves like a quiet machine of compassion. It’s rare to feel both cared for and expedited without losing the human touch. I felt like crying leaving the office, but not every Dr has that special something that makes them stand out. They told me my blood pressure was high there but its because they caused me legitimate stress. I went to urgent care after and got real help and concern.

I show them the text they said they don’t know what’s going on. Fine, I made another appointment in front of them they don’t see it. The apparent “office manager” as she claimed said I would have to wait like a walk in. I said I have an appointment and should be treated as such. She continues with a rant about Covid and being short staffed which has no relevance to my issue. Yeah don’t come here ever after today I will no longer donate to this place.
