  I was referred to this office from Planned Parenthood Vallejo and my appointment was scheduled at 10:50am. I arrived early and checked in. I had my two year old toddler with me. I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 12:30pm. It was a terrible experience and I hopefully won’t ever have to go back. I’ve never had this experience in Vallejo.

  Lady tried to book a appointment for me in Sacramento. I let her know I live 10 hours away. She thought it would be funny to book another appointment on the other side of L.A about 2 hours away . I suggested carson ca. She suggested I call myself . I said that's not helpful she said "ok" and hing up the phone. Theres no excuse for ignorance guys.

  Planned Parenthood absolutely deserves five stars. The entire experience, from scheduling to the actual visit, was smooth, professional, and caring. Scheduling the appointment was incredibly easy over the phone, and everyone we spoke with was polite and helpful. During the visit, the staff made my girlfriend feel comfortable and respected the entire time. Even though they mentioned that there are limits to what they can say during an ultrasound, they still handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. The difference in how they treat patients compared to other places is night and day, they take the time to make sure you feel informed, supported, and never rushed. We have been to this location before, about three years ago, for pregnancy protection, and the doctors back then were just as pleasant and understanding. It is clear that Planned Parenthood consistently hires compassionate, knowledgeable people who truly care about their patients. Overall, they go above and beyond to provide quality care and make a difficult or emotional experience a lot easier to handle. I highly recommend Planned Parenthood to anyone who wants to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
