I'd rather be denied outright so I can go to my primary and get the ball rolling on my shoulder. I'm literally sitting here in decent pain unable to get a prescription or phisical therapy or anything until the damn paperwork clears. It's just maddening as I said and not the fault of this location but still not acceptable.
- MCMs. CarrollDec 29, 20252.0Whether in Concord or Richmond, the wait time is too long. My last experience was long, just not 5 hours like at Richmond. At the Concord facility, the system was down and had been down for sometime. I had to resubmit the forms on my phone, which I had completed a week prior on line. I arrived at 10:20, after about 1 hour of waiting, I asked how soon I'd be seen because I needed to go to the restroom. I know that i would have o give a urine sample.Which I was told that the form did not upload so I had to fill out a paper form. I was finally called in about 12:30. While waiting in the examine room, the medical assistant came and told me that I might have to wait 2-3 hours to be seen because I didn't have an appointment; this is completely unacceptable. Thankfully I was only there for about 3hours.The PA that examined me for my DOT medical examine did not complete the forms, so the DMV rejected it. I had to call last Friday to request completion of the form which is supposed to be emailed to me today.
