- MBmari ballNov 14, 20251.0Front desk customer service has been disorganized, rude and extremely slow at the Concentra Concord location. I’ve been there 6 times and each time there has been long lines and long waits over 15 min at the front desk to check in. There have been 3-4 people working the front desk but often there’s only one person checking each person in. If there’s a new L after they provide all their insurance and other paperwork, you can stand there waiting for each person to check in 10 minutes each person. Some of the younger girls 2 to 3 of them have sat at the front desk, talking and not helping check in and decrease long lines waiting to check in.

Victor and Christina were absolutely amazing, super friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. The service was incredibly fast and efficient, and they both went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a seamless experience!

Upon check-in, the wait was approx 60-75 min but once I was in the back awaiting the doctor, things went rather quickly. Vitals were taken, an xray was provided and the doctor was in my room, all within 30 minutes. Everyone was very kind and easy to talk to. Thanks for making this an easy visit

But this review is for the Gateway Blvd, Concord location and I can not say enough GREAT things about the staff - each and every one - shout out to Stephanie! And our care from Dr. Kujac? I really feel like she saved me over and over again from some extremely negative outcomes from an ongoing injury - culminating in facilitating acupuncture at their office for my extreme chronic pain. Kim administered my first acupuncture last week and I am so grateful! Everyone here has so helpfully guided me through the aftermath of the most stressful, painful, and frankly terrifying events of my life and I can't express my gratitude enough.
