The front desk talk to the clients in a demeaning manner and often times blow you off when you have a question. They don't care if your a new client or vetted, young or old, you will get the same big back treatment from the front desk staff.

They did my vitals and urine test and then put me in a waiting room to see the doctor, he came in had me wiggle my limbs and that was it. All that time waiting for a 5 minute check-up!!
