It’s all over ZOOM video chat with a scripted chat and checklist, and if you request to talk to a real doctor the girls there look at you all confused and had to ask around to find me an address with any one i can actually speak to with any eye care education. The staff was also worked very slow since there is no actual doctor there to look over them, they work with no care in the world or with no time management. Very slow. Horrible service and experience, i tell as much people as possible to never step foot here .

She stripped the replaced screw and couldn't take it out. A simple screw replacement turned into a nightmare. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. 0 stars.
