- LGLeani GutierrezJan 6, 20264.0Okay! Thank you team for helping me with my refund issue, it is now back in my account. I’m only going to deduct 1 star for that and the cage not being built yet/gym equipment needing love. Now, the best part of the gym is the community. I’ve never more welcomed in a gym, especially since the first class. The coaches here are top tier. There were unfortunately some restructuring things that had multiple coaches gone, but the ones who’ve stayed are truly golden. Shoutout to these shining stars: Nadia, Matthew, Frida, Randall, Tyrece, Adrian, and Danny. These are the coaches I interact with the most and have helped me in numerous ways. The person I have to give most credit though is Coach Ethan. This man has truly helped me transform my life. Officially with him I’ve lost 50 lbs in 9 months, and overall in a year I’ve lost almost 60lbs! I will say his personal MMA group and joining Alta has helped me the most. In the Alta fight camp, I’ve lost 15lbs in 8 weeks so far. I finally made my first fight weight and I haven’t this number seen since high school. I’m grateful for my Alta coaches. Ethan is amazing at striking, Nadia helped me grow in wrestling, and I can’t wait for the cage to be built so Lucas can help us prepare for our upcoming fight! Special shoutout to Coaches Adrian and Danny. Learning jujitsu has been a journey as well and I’m excited to grow here. I wish all the classes were 90min long all the time! I’m eternally grateful for all the growth I’ve achieved here and I’m excited for what’s to come. Thank you COI!!!🫶🏻

- DDDavidDec 6, 20255.0I’ve been coming to this gym for a couple of years. I was doing the same thing for the most part feeling a little stuck with my workouts. Coach Nadia stopped me and I started to do personal training with her. She is great!! She found my weak spot and we worked on corrective exercises. She helped me push through workouts and I found my self being able to push myself. In the short 3 months of training with her, she gave me the experience and knowledge to feel confident to continue with my journey on my own. Coach Nadia pushed me to go past my limits and I noticed true results.

- MMM.Nov 5, 20251.0Do not waste your time signing up at this gym. They'll lie to you when they're trying to get you to sign up, and tell you you're getting one plan and sign you up for a different one. Then, when you try to talk to their sales staff about the mistake the staff made, they'll look at you and talk AT you like you're stupid. They'll say they will "look into it" but that they doubt that the sales staff that signed you up said what you're saying they said. So basically, they'll gaslight you. Then they'll try to tell you that if you want what was supposed to be included in the plan that you were originally supposed to be signed up for, you can pay additional fees. Yeah, no thanks. By the way, they'll never actually get back to you in regards to the mistake their salesperson made. When you try to cancel you'll be told you can't because you paid the membership in full. Seems to me that this place loves to lie, deceive, and gaslight their customers.
