    I went into the Chico CA, store today expecting to pay alot to replace the frames of my glasses that broke lastnight, since my glasses were no longer under warranty. I was very pleased that the assistant manager went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy. She made it affordable and provided excellent customer service.

    liars, I went in for this promotion. called ahead of time so i don’t waste my time going and their going to tell me that i have to pay for a $200 something glasses plus pay for a $79 eye exam. don’t waste your time and day going in here!

    I got two pairs of glasses and an exam for $79. You just need to ask to remove all of the up charges like blue light filters and higher end lenses, A’lora was very helpful with that (and very patient with me lol). The glasses turned out nice but I found that the prescription in the right eye was a little off, but another kind woman with cool haircut (I forgot her name) got me a recheck the next day! Brittney helped find me a better suited lens for my right eye and they are remaking the glasses for me! Despite the initial discrepancy this place is true to their ads and has great employees!
