Gives you one word answers and doesn't know how to redeem rewards points nor does he seem interested in learning how. He just says I don't know how." I said GNC needs to train their employees on this type of stuff. This is my 3rd encounter with him and they've all been the same, I'll shop at the GNC at the block of orange from now on because they seem to care about the customer and they figure things out instead of saying...I don't know how. I just walked out of the store and I'll never return. 2/10/24 12:30pm.
