  I had an amazing experience here. I usually have a very difficult time with anxiety around pelvic exams to the point that the providers will quit part way through and opt out of doing it. My provider at this planned parenthood was so patient and explained everything and I was able to complete it for the first time! I will be returning to this location in the future. The wait was pretty long but worth it to have my mind at ease.

  Helped me fill out government application when I didn’t have insurance. Helpful office staff. Doctor and nurses all were positive and uplifting. Answered all questions. Would recommend this location to anybody.

  Today was my first time ever going to a PP. When I got there I was confused about the door being locked. Due to the construction, you can't hear them speaking thru the speaker. I had an appointment at 9:35am and wasn't seen until an hour later. What's the point of making an appointment if they won't see you at that time. Online it says they can perform ultrasounds, but when I was there they told me they don't unless you're getting an abortion bc then it would be pointless. I don't see how, especially when I stated that an ultrasound will help me make a decision. The Dr came in with a packet with pros and cons on abortions and my options. And that was it. Made me feel worse and more confused. First and last time to a PP. I can see why people only see a PP as an abortion clinic. Seemed like they had no interest in helping me if I was gonna keep my baby.
