I want to be understanding and give the folks working at this location the benefit of the doubt, but I’m not convinced it’s deserved. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt like a burden to the staff. I waited two hours to be seen by the doctor, which was what I expected considering I was a walk-in around 8:15am, just for the doctor to finish up with me in less than 5 minutes. He seemed uninterested in my problem, barely even looked at the wound I had, just to tell me he could do nothing and I would have to be seen by my PCP. He literally opened the door and started to walk away as I was still asking questions. He did come back when he realized I needed another minute or two of care. I also felt like he wanted to argue with me with every bit of information I shared about my problem. I get he’s busy and I’m not an actual patient, but maybe just listen? Oh well. I managed to schedule an appointment with my PCP the same day and he took care of the issue. I am giving this place two stars because the doctor there did prescribe me an antibiotic so at least it wasn’t two full hours to leave completely empty handed.
- RWRoscoe WoodyOct 24, 20255.0I really appreciate the convenience of the Concentra system. I had my PPD test started at Murrieta clinic and got it read at the Carlsbad clinic. I only waited a few minutes to get my PPD read and hepatitis B vaccination administered. Overall, I was finished within about 10-15 minutes. The staff at both clinics were very friendly and accommodating, especially Anais at Carlsbad. She is very attentive… she did a great job explaining the overall process for completing the hepatitis B vaccination which I appreciated because it will help me to plan for my next visits.
