  We had the eye exam done somewhere else, but came here for glasses. A wide range of frames and styles. Lauren, ( I believe her name) was very kind, helpful and professional. Technician was as well. Things were well explained. Glasses were ready within the week. There ended up being a problem with the prescription and had to take the 2 pairs of glasses back to make corrections. Done in twenty minutes at the office. Reasonable prices. I feel this office to be excellent in service, knowledge and professionalism. Thank you to the staff. You are much appreciated.

  Staff are friendly, I ended up with nice prescription glasses, but it took one month. I got prescription polarized sunglasses and they had dark and light circles all the way around them. I could see the dark spots when I put them on. I guess this is a common issue with ones that are not high quality. They are called stress marks and may not be an issue if they are not too bad. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of them, but here is an example of how they looked in the sun. I had to get them redone without the polarized. I have had polarized prescription sunglasses before and never had this problem. The first glasses took 2 weeks to process and the second time another 2 weeks.

  The selection was good but the Optometrist did not wear a mask or gloves during my eye exam- he walked around the store maskless as well! One stop shop for glasses & Covid!

  To say I was blown away by their customer service would be an understatement. When I walked in, the staff treated me like they had known me for years. The opthamologist was amazing and explained everything he was going to do at the start of my appointment. The employees were welcoming, authentic and extremly professional. They truly went above and beyond in every way they could. When I contacted the capitola location about having difficulty adjusting to my new glasses, I was emailed by the owner the same exact day. I go to college in Texas and was unable to go in and change out the lenses in California so they offered to send me a pair with corrected lenses free of charge (when I sent in my frames) since I was in my 30 day satisfaction window. In a matter of three days, from the time I called and the time I had my corrected glasses in my hand, I was able to see again. Ford, who I believe is the owner, was extreemly helpful and made sure I was happy with my new pair the second I recieved them in Texas. I am SO greatful for site for sore eyes capitola and will continue to be a lifelong customer! Thank you guys, keep up the good work!
