- EPE. A. PetersenSep 27, 20251.0Merlin’s Medical Supply, Camarillo,Ca. 2 weeks ago I broke my leg and have been in the leg brace ever since. The orthopedic surgeon recommended that I get a special bandage to bandage my ankle up with, as it is healing. I made the colossal error of going to Merlin Medical Supply, Friday at 5:20 PM. Clearly on the front door of the establishment it states Monday - Friday Store Hours are till 5:30 PM. I pulled up in front of the store and parked (legally) in the handicap spot at exactly 5:20 PM. Got out of the car, on my crutches at 5:22 PM, 8 minutes before posted closing time and was met by some bearded (goat looking type) of person with keys in his hand and said that “I just closed. I locked up. I said I had a broken leg and I needed this bandage and he said I set the alarm, “NO”. How rude can you be? How customer unfriendly can you be. I highly recommend if you are in need of any supplies find another place than Merlin’s Medical Supply.

Mary who is one of the managers helped me and was so patient with my old self. She has the nicest friendliest voice I have ever heard. She really made me feel comfortable and was so kind. I will 100% be returning for all my medical needs. If you need help ask for Mary. Thank you Merlins and Mary you have a great staff!

It was not the correct machine and they would not refund my money. They basically told me that the corporation doesn’t care and to have a nice day. Beware or make sure you have checked everything yourself because they kind of suck.
