PT was really great. Freddie is a true professional and really instilled a lot of confidence in my recovery. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m looking forward to my next PT appointment. - DBDiana BraatenNov 17, 20251.0The doctor I saw thinks he is some sort of shaman. Barks out nonsense repeatedly like "breathe deep and you'll be cured!" Didn't even look at the information I brought him from a previously seen doctor. Came barging through the door screaming out a plan based on what the guy who took my blood pressure told him about my current neck pain. One tenth of my issues. Didn't look at me, didn't touch me, didn't ask one question. But screamed out "he has been doing this for 35 years and knows if you have faith in (pointing upwards) I'd be healed."

My wait time both time was over an hour - and that was with an appointment. Once the physician was in the room they gave me a whole 45 seconds of their attention. Unfortunately, this is not worth my time and I can find more attentive care elsewhere.

The entire staff was highly professional, with every patient who entered the office. I had the pleasure of meeting Matt and Dr. Chen, who assisted me during my visit. They were all very professional, friendly, and thorough. I spent approximately four hours at the facility for a physical examination required for employment purposes. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, and they’re very personable, and you could see that they loved what they do.

I would not ever come to this clinic if it weren’t for it being partnered up with my work! Very unprofessional!!
