Jenon came to the house to meet my parents and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of with The Key. She had us work with Angela who kept the 24/7 schedule going for the past 18 months. Angela handled all of my texts and calls when things came up and always made sure my mother was taken care of. The care givers were all wonderful and able to handle the many ups and downs of dementia as well as mobility challenges. Angela created a schedule of care givers who were there for my mother and father and quickly became family. The Key allowed me to step back and know that my mom is taken care of and in good hands.
