Eddie, the owner, was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in preparing our home to meet my wife’s needs. She had a bad accident and is partially paralyzed. Eddie spent a significant amount of time carefully planning the installation of our Bruno Elite Curved Stairlift, and that planning clearly paid off—the rail fits our staircase perfectly. The installation team was highly qualified, well organized, and completed the entire installation in less than a day. The final result exceeded our expectations.
