This is extremely disappointing, especially since I voted for them to stay open and donated to their cause. How is it that they ask for information on the website in advance, yet when you arrive, you’re told you have to pay $408? Why wasn’t this mentioned before the appointment? What is the point of gathering information and calling ahead if they won’t disclose the cost? Why couldn’t they simply tell you over the phone or via email? The way this business is run feels shady. Avoid this place if possible. TIA, on the other hand, was professional and treat you as a human being.
