I did Airsculpt+ on my abdomen and a tiny tuck with Dr. Davis and she was fantastic! Everyone I spoke to from my consultant to the nurses to the Dr were all incredibly helpful and kind and answered every question and concern I had. Dr. Davis did a great job on the procedure and I am so happy with the results.

I’ve always struggled with having bigger arms, and I’m so happy I decided to go with AirSculpt. Best decision ever. I’m officially 1 week post-op and healing has been amazing so far. The pain has been very manageable, and by day 4 I was already able to move my arms comfortably, drive, and shower on my own. Feeling really happy and grateful with my progress. Highly recommend AirSculpt, Doctor Davis is amazing and all their staff is friendly and helped me out with every question I had.

I am sharing my experience with AirSculpt Beverly Hills so others can make an informed decision.
I paid approximately $20,000 for an AirSculpt procedure on my calves, knees, ankles, and inner and outer thighs after being told it was minimally invasive, had a 1–3 day recovery, and—most importantly—that any necessary revision would be performed with no additional fees. I specifically asked about revision costs before signing up and was clearly told there would be no fee. This was a major reason I chose AirSculpt, as they emphasized having a “fair revision policy.”
After the procedure, my recovery was much longer than advertised (about two weeks), I experienced post-operative complications, and the results were poor and deforming, with little to no improvement in multiple treated areas.
I also had serious issues related to post-operative compression garments. Because my surgery included ankles and lower legs, proper compression was critical. However, I was provided with a Bermuda-style garment that did not cover my ankles or feet. As a result, fluid accumulated in my ankles and feet, causing severe swelling, and my feet turned blue, which was frightening.
I later researched on my own and learned that for lower-leg procedures, compression garments must extend to the ankles/feet to prevent fluid pooling and vascular complications. When I raised this concern, I was told the garment was “just a suggestion” and that I could choose whatever worked best for me. I am not a medical professional, and I believe it is the surgeon’s responsibility to provide appropriate post-operative guidance and equipment, especially when improper compression can lead to serious harm.
When I later requested a revision due to poor results, I was told AirSculpt would now charge $1,895 in “surgery fees.” This directly contradicts what I was told before surgery. Even more concerning, there is no guarantee that the revision would resolve the issues, yet I am still expected to pay additional money to attempt to fix problems caused by the original procedure.
In an effort to have the surgery fee waived, a manager named Mele asked me to submit my request so she could contact her supervisor. Communication was minimal after that, and it took three weeks for AirSculpt to respond—only to reject the fee waiver. Throughout this process, I felt dismissed and unsupported.
Because of the outcome, the reversal of promises made before surgery, and the lack of accountability, I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the Medical Board.
There is also a large Facebook group of patients who experienced deformities after AirSculpt procedures, many of whom are discussing coordinated legal action or a potential class action. I strongly encourage anyone considering this procedure to seek out these firsthand patient experiences and read the comments before signing up.
Based on my experience, I do not feel AirSculpt stands behind its promises or its results.
My surgeon was Dr. Lahar.
Don’t rely on Yelp reviews they have a mechanism to remove all the negative reviews. They removed all my reviews which were all facts. I hope Google will do better than Yelp.

Frequently Asked Questions About AirSculpt - Beverly Hills
What is AirSculpt®?
AirSculpt® is a patented, precision-based fat removal technology available exclusively in our clinics. At our Beverly Hills body sculpting clinic, we remove fat cell by cell through a tiny freckle-sized opening—no scalpels or stitches. The procedure also tightens your skin for smooth, natural-looking results, making it a popular choice for those seeking body contouring in Beverly Hills.
Is AirSculpt® invasive?
AirSculpt® is a minimally invasive body contouring method that doesn’t use general anesthesia or harsh tools. Patients remain fully awake and enjoy a quick recovery—ideal for professionals and celebrities in the Beverly Hills body sculpting scene.
Am I a good candidate for AirSculpt®?
If you’re over 18 and have stubborn fat that diet and exercise won’t eliminate, you’re likely a great candidate. Whether you’re looking for a mommy makeover in Beverly Hills or enhancing curves with a Brazilian butt lift, AirSculpt® can help you achieve refined, natural results.
How is AirSculpt® different from traditional liposuction?
Unlike traditional lipo, AirSculpt® is gentler, doesn’t require general anesthesia, and involves minimal downtime (just 1–2 days). For patients seeking body contouring in Beverly Hills, it’s a modern, safer alternative with smoother results and less trauma to the body.
How many AirSculpt® treatments are needed per area?
In most cases, only one treatment per area is needed since the fat is permanently removed. Many Beverly Hills body sculpting patients also choose to treat multiple areas in one session for a full-body transformation.
How long is the downtime or recovery?
Most patients return to normal activities within 24–48 hours. A compression garment is worn for about two weeks to enhance healing—making AirSculpt® perfect for the fast-paced Beverly Hills lifestyle. Full recovery and results take about three to six months, but this can vary from patient to patient.
How much does AirSculpt® cost?
Pricing depends on the treatment area(s) and volume of fat removed. If you’re considering a Brazilian butt lift in Beverly Hills or a custom mommy makeover, schedule a consultation at our Beverly Hills location for a personalized quote.
Can I use someone else’s fat for a fat transfer?
No, all fat used in AirSculpt® transfers must come from your own body. This is particularly important for patients receiving a Brazilian butt lift in Beverly Hills, as we use your natural fat to sculpt and enhance your silhouette.
How long do I wear a compression garment after fat transfer?
You’ll wear it continuously for 48 hours after the procedure, then for another two weeks as directed. This is crucial for Beverly Hills mommy makeover or BBL patients to support results and reduce swelling.
What’s included in a Full Abdominal AirSculpt®?
A full stomach treatment includes the upper and lower abdomen, waist, and love handles—key areas addressed in a typical mommy makeover in Beverly Hills.
Can I treat just one area?
Yes, whether you want to refine your waistline or just address your love handles, you can target a single zone or combine areas for a complete Beverly Hills body sculpting session.
Can I lose my double chin completely?
While every case is unique, many patients see a dramatic improvement—or complete removal—of a double chin. Submental AirSculpt® is especially popular for facial body contouring in Beverly Hills.
How bad is bruising after a chin procedure?
Most patients experience mild to moderate bruising that fades within a couple of weeks. Our Beverly Hills clinic provides post-procedure care instructions to minimize bruising and promote quick recovery.
How long does a chin procedure take?
Typically 20–40 minutes. It’s a quick and efficient procedure, especially appealing to our busy Beverly Hills clientele.
Do you treat areas above the chin (cheeks, eyelids, etc.)?
No. AirSculpt® fat removal targets the submental (under-chin) region only—not the upper face. AirSculpt Lift, our facial fat transfer treatment, can rejuvenate these areas except the eyelids.
What does Chin AirSculpt® feel like?
Patients describe it as a gentle vibration—comparable to an electric toothbrush. It’s very well-tolerated and ideal for those seeking facial refinement without downtime.
Can elderly patients get AirSculpt® on the chin or neck?
Absolutely. There’s no age limit, and many older patients in Beverly Hills choose neck and jawline sculpting to eliminate sagging or “turkey neck.”
How long should I wait to get AirSculpt® after childbirth?
Wait at least 3 months after a natural birth and 6 months after a C-section. This is especially important for moms planning a mommy makeover in Beverly Hills.
When should I stop breastfeeding before my procedure?
You may breastfeed up until the procedure but must pause afterward until cleared by your surgeon. This is a key part of safe planning for Beverly Hills mommy makeover patients.
Is there enough fat in the arms for a transfer?
Usually not for larger transfers like a Brazilian butt lift, but enough for smaller procedures like hand rejuvenation or a Hip Flip.
How much fat can be removed from the arms?
It varies per patient, but arms typically don’t hold more than a few liters. Our Beverly Hills body contouring experts will guide you based on your specific goals.
Does AirSculpt® tighten skin?
Yes. The process naturally tightens the skin as fat is removed. For significant fat removal, we may recommend AirTite for enhanced skin tightening, popular in mommy makeover Beverly Hills cases.
How soon will I see the results?
Results are visible immediately and continue to improve over six months, which is perfect for those planning for events or red-carpet moments in Beverly Hills.
Can AirSculpt® fix previous liposuction procedures?
Yes. If you’ve had a botched or uneven procedure, corrective AirSculpt® can smooth and refine the area—giving Beverly Hills patients a second chance at beautiful results.
