- BNBrad Nelson2 days ago1.0I had an appointment here for glasses and contact prescriptions. After trying to order contacts, I was told I had no contact prescription. The contact prescription never showed up in my account because the doctor “forgot to finalize it.” Additionally, the doctor no longer works there so “they can’t do anything.” I never received the services I was offered. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere

However I went in and James C worked his magic, and fixed them and I can wear them again :) I am so so grateful. You are the best James C and Warby Parker. I had a gift certificate and expected a quick errand, but I was honestly amazed by how seamless everything was. I had barely stepped into the store before I was warmly welcomed, helped immediately, and had my order placed and credit card processed in about five minutes. It was one of the most efficient and pleasant retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. The woman who helped place my order absolutely deserves five stars (and honestly, a raise). She was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process effortless. Experiences like this are exactly why I’ll continue to be a loyal Warby Parker fan.
