The optometrists are kind and do the job, but there was a particular optician (didn't get her name) who was pretty awful. She claimed their office didn't take PD readings, which was insane because the machine was on her desk. She kept insisting on upselling my partner on an AR coating, claiming it was the only one that could be used, and there were only 2 options - the basic, and the premium. Having worked as an optician, I know this to be untrue. When I explained it and her colleague confirmed, she shifted her story. She also charged my partner for a lens upgrade that was fully covered by our insurance.

Made an appointment for an eye exam. Came in at the time I was supposed to be there. Waited a half an hour before asking the clerk about my appointment time. They had taken someone ahead of me that did not have an appointment. A little irritating, but that’s OK. Then the doctor gave me an eye exam and seemed distracted and a little confused. The exam was not very thorough and he did not use a number of screens that I have experienced before at other optometrists. It seemed like he wasn’t being very detailed or precise. There were blanks in the prescription. I inquired about that and he said that there was no change in my vision so he left them blank. Long story short I got my glasses and they’re very blurry. I’ve tried and tried to call them and no one ever picks up the phone. Bad customer service and also bad optometry.

I can see again! This place is great, and went above and way beyond to make sure I had the perfect pair of glasses. Long story: their eye doctor, a really nice guy, recommended bifocals or progressives. I didn't want to pay more for progressives, so I went with bifocals. The glasses came, but because my eyes are so messed up and different from each other, there was a huge blurry rectangle. I went back to For Eyes, and they said I should really get the progressive lenses. They did so at no additional cost! That was incredibly kind of them. Also, the new glasses are perfect..I can see close, far, and everything in between. You can tell these folks actually care about their customers...I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Went in a little after 5PM and asked if they could repair my eyeglasses: the screw had come out of one side and, although I have an eyeglass repair kit, I wasn't able to fix it myself. The woman I spoke with repaired it within 5 minutes, at no charge. I was both surprised and quite happy. When I need a new pair of glasses, I will definitely start there.
