Our hot yoga room, changing room & showers, and retail are located at 1881 Dufferin Crescent, and we offer workshops and series at this location. A few important points: ✨ Classes are unheated. ✨ Showers and changing rooms are not available. ✨ We have a common area to leave belongings & one bathroom. ✨ Please arrive dressed for class. ✨ Leave valuables and phones at home, as no personal items are allowed in the practice room. Modo Yoga Nanaimo is part of a global community of independent hot yoga studios, united in our love for yoga and dedicated to creating a more sustainable world. We welcome everyone, from beginners to experienced students. We are a place for all.
