Welcome to Modo Yoga Nanaimo's Rutherford yoga practice space. Our hot yoga room, changing room & showers, and retail are located at 1881 Dufferin Crescent, and we offer workshops and series at this location. A few important points:

✨ Showers and changing rooms are not available.
✨ We have a common area to leave belongings & one bathroom.
✨ Please arrive dressed for class.
✨ Leave valuables and phones at home, as no personal items are allowed in the practice room.
