I felt like they actually cared and I was not a burden. We can’t forget that these are medical professionals. They see a lot and deal with a lot every single day This was definitely the first time that I was given personal care at a medical facility and didn’t feel like a routine. I cannot remember my provider’s name, but I wish I could because she was absolutely amazing and every single nurse that I came in contact with was the exact same. If you’re feeling uncertain, just know that the staff of this facility is caring and amazing.

The African American nurse practitioner was the one who was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable from the moment she stepped into the door she just stared at me, I didn’t even know who she was a nurse or nurse practitioner and she said are we going to do this? Just because my kids were crying but it’s because I waited a good 30 minutes in the room alone. she came in and made me feel abnormal for bringing my kids with me. The whole iud process was the worst i have ever had and I’ve had the iud up to 4 times in my life. This was by far the worst experience and no doubt have I been bleeding since when I never had before, granted it can happen but why so much pain this time around?????? Really weird how they don’t give off good energy so the patient can feel stable and relaxed especially during a procedure like seriously. I wouldn’t go back to this place

I went to your clinic on Friday, a prescription was written for me and I was told that it would be directly sent to the pharmacy but nothing arrived at the pharmacy. Today is Sunday its been three days since I've been waiting for the prescription to arrive at the pharmacy. I've gone to the pharmacy 5 times already and have contacted you guys many times and even went to your clinic again for the prescription. Now I'm left without medication. Even your staff is so unprofessional. No respect for anyone. Very disrespectful and unorganized.
