However, the last visit I experienced I left feeling so confused. My children were threatened to get shots that weren’t need and were reprimanded because they were talking while we were waiting to be seen. Dr. Auth was very Condescending when she spoke. I know Pedi Center has some great pediatricians. However, this Dr. can use a course on work ethic, communication, respect, and most important on professionalism. Such a shame to have that level of education and not know how to communicate and treat patients!

- AJAshley JonesAug 17, 20251.0This is the second time I have taken my youngest here. I will never be returning. I needed an urgent care because it was the weekend on my child primary is closed. My son was inconsolable all night and now tonight. His ear was bright red and he was grabbing at it so I assumed an ear infection. He had a temp of 101 at home before I went in. When we got there he had relaxed a bit and wasn’t crying much but I think that made the doctor assume he was perfectly fine. They just said he had ear wax build up. Build up does not make anyone I know react this way. Instead of looking at other possibilities they took my money and sent me on my way. My co pays are crazy for an urgent care and I’m beyond upset I have to pay so much and have no answer. This place is completely a waste of time if you need answers. Can’t wait for the weekend to be over so my child can go to a doctor that actually gets to the root of a problem!

I took my son with high fever and doctor said he was fine that there’s a lot of viruses going around to keep on giving him Tylenol . Only thing I didn’t like is that the doctor said my son was ready to go back to school the next day. Today’s the next day and he’s still with fever and not feeling well. I felt like this doctor wasn’t considerate enough and just walked in and checked his ears and lungs and walked out . He didn’t even give my son a prescription or anything . Last two times I’ve taken my baby girl she’s had different nicer doctors . Other than that I truly recommend this place.
