- CSClementine SalasNov 17, 20252.0I went in for a tb blood draw and they had me come back three times before they were able to do it and the lady that did mine didn’t wear gloves and after she sanitized the area she went back in with her bare hands to touch my vein and the tourniquet was way too tight it was hurting my arm

I went to the reception area and they said they prioritize people with appointment since its only one provider that day. They told me to come back later that day, came back then they got my info, I was called to do the test except the physical exam for my employment. Over a hour later, I asked how long until my turn they said about 2 more hours. Wasted my entire day chasing them, wouldn't recommend this office at all.

The Dr was super nice as well. I think the only problem I had was the wait time to get in without an appointment. It took me 2 hours of waiting to be seen. I wish they can have higher capacity of patient to be seen within a few hours since they're the only Concentra in town but overall great experience.

If you are coming here for pre employment purposes ask them to pick another clinic. I arrived at 9am was told to come back at 12 pm it's now 2:30pm was told maybe 1 hr to be seen by doctor for a physical.😑

When she got me ready for the blood draw, it was so smooth she was done before I even realized! She also administered two shots on my arm, which were also quick and painless super fast! She was patient with my shy bladder and friendly made the visit welcoming! Thank again so much Sonia V. Also known as tinkerbell today on Halloween! 🙂 May I say Dr.Gabriel was also very fast and helpful friendly and also welcoming ! Also known as eeyore! The rest of the staff also was very welcoming and friendly!
