However when I was called in the nurse said it's now a blood draw and no longer a scratch on the arm, she then proceeded to draw from my right arm and my blood wasn't coming out into the vial, she then said oops I used too small of a needle let's use a bigger needle and take it from the left one! Ok fine However the next day my arms were extremely bruised and made me look like a junkie! More training is needed for her.

There was very little TP in the bathroom, pee on the seat from the previous person which I had to use the very little TP to wipe it up. After I was done and before I washed my hands she had me sign paperwork. If I had to sign it before I washed my hands that means everyone who had taken a drug test had to sign it before washing their hands. It was just nasty. Very unsanitary for sure.

- CGC GNov 17, 20251.0I called days before I went done to the clinic. They said no appointment needed, head down early, line was long already at 8am. I went to the reception area and they said they prioritize people with appointment since its only one provider that day. They told me to come back later that day, came back then they got my info, I was called to do the test except the physical exam for my employment. Over a hour later, I asked how long until my turn they said about 2 more hours. Wasted my entire day chasing them, wouldn't recommend this office at all.
