The staff member handling insurance policies at the inside reception area was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of treating patients with kindness and respect, she made her feel small, dismissed, and uncomfortable. This lady's attitude—raising eyebrows, showing disapproval, and lacking any empathy—has no place in a medical clinic where patients often arrive already feeling vulnerable. A clinic should prioritize compassion and understanding, not make patients feel belittled. We sincerely hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff are trained to be sympathetic, respectful, and patient-centered. No one seeking care should ever be met with hostility or disdain.
