Took longer than expected so went back to the desk and waited to be acknowledged and told we are working on it give it a few minutes. The urinalysis tech was very professional and quick. She is the only reason for the 2 stars. If I had a choice I would never return to this business again and would tell my family and friends not to. Going to the clinic us not the top of most people's list of things to do but when you don't even get acknowledged it is even worst.

I don’t understand why this process should even take that long especially when I have been to that particular clinic multiple times. It’s such a time waster. It shouldn’t take 2 hours to do a drug screen (pee in a cup) do an eye test and a physical screening.

As soon as I arrived angrily said, "we dont take patients after hours" I explained work dumped me in an Uber and sent me to which he still angrily said, "fine, just come in." He made it clear he didn't want me there the entire time. Started asking why I waited 2 days to come in from a head injury, explained work didnt bother sending me until now (I have my own doctor) he proceeded to throw the iPad on the counter and said, "fill this out" the entire time there was uncomfortable, im supposed to come back for a follow up, really don't want to step foot in this place again.
