    Actually not a 24 hour urgent care center. Which would have been nice to know for out of towners after taking our sick daughter here only to find it’s not. Waste of time.

    Servio muy lento y pobre los empleados parece que no quieren trabajar les molesta que les agan preguntas solo fui por un flu shot y esperé mas de 40 min tinen alrededor de 10 empleados en la parte de atrás y solo están platicando

    I REALLY LOVE this location!!! Every staff member I encountered was SUPER nice (genuinely) and friendly. The staff greets you when you arrive. BIG shout out to Valerie who gave excellent customer service on both of my visits Friday of last week and today 12/8/25. She is one of the first people you see and she represents Concentra VERY well with her big smile and eagerness to help and make sure your needs are met. I had to return today for TB test reading. The staff member who administered my TB test (for work) on Friday of last week (Andrew) was super friendly, funny and very kind and competent. The facility is neat and clean. I would recommend this location above any other Concentra I have been seen at. To the staff members at Concentra in Anaheim, “Thanks for a lovely experience.”

    The reception staff was great and able to answer all of my questions and provided me with copies of my forms to provide for my employer. The nurses and PA got me in and out relatively quickly for my physical evaluation.
