The scooter was very comfy and the battery lasted all day! Would highly recommended them and will use them when we visit again!

Back when they operated as Apple scooters. I Never had an incident. Always had wonderful scooters & customer service. No reason to switch Vendors. Today calls for a special appreciation of Customer Service. Who takes a call a 1am and makes it magical and ensure they honor your time? By 7am I had a replacement scooter. No bumps in my plans, I was able to stick to our family plans and make it to the parks on-time. There was nothing wrong with their scooters. I had an oopsie happen. I broke the key. I was worried, didn’t know what to do or expect. John made me feel calm and handled the situation like a pro. I appreciate his calmness, and professionalism. His customer service is unbeatable. This is the reason I continue to rent with Amos Scooters and continue to recommend them whenever going to Disneyland! Magical Magical Magical!! Mahalo John for your time and excellent service!

When there was an issue charging my scooter (hotel plug not working) John was there to swap the battery out for me quickly and with minimal time out of the park. I HIGHLY recommend Amos Scooters, not only for the excellent customer service, but they have the LOWEST prices in Anaheim! Thank you for making it affordable for me to navigate the park with my limited mobility. I appreciate you!
