  Excellent company to work with. I spoke with John who was very friendly and helpful, and then booked online, myself. It was easy to reserve a scooter for my father who is a lower limb amputee with a prosthetic for our 3 days at Disney. They made it so easy and carefree by dropping off the scooter at the front desk of our hotel by the time we asked for it, and return was just as simple (leaving the keys with the front desk receptionist). The scooter was maintained well and held it's charge ALL day (park opening to after close), each day! And, they were SO MUCH more affordable than all the other rental companies in the area. Highly recommend! 5 bright, shiny stars!!

  I suffer from Parkinson’s disease and when I recently called with a technical issue with my mobility scooter John didn’t hesitate for one second to troubleshoot my problem. He went above and beyond to help me and that’s a rare quality this day and age. So thank you so much John.

  John is a lost gem. He goes above and beyond anything I've seen with other rental companies. If you're staying in the Disneyland resort area, your scooter will be found in your hotels lobby exactly as you're told. Any issues or troubleshooting, he is a phone call away. As a returning customer, I was privileged to try out how the go go pride worked on the Carnival Panorama and was not disappointed. This thing feels like it has a hemi! I was able to wheel my scooter directly into my stateroom by the 2nd night, once I figured it out. There are tight fits, but this thing turns on a dime and got me where I needed. There were a few user errors that once figured out got me everywhere I needed. I'm 315lbs, and this lasted me on average 6-8 hours of use per day before needing a a charge. I brought a spare Halo battery pack that could rapid charge it to get it to my room in a pinch, as well as enjoy the rest of the activity I was doing without fear of stranding.
