  The staff is always so kind and approachable with me, a parent, and my kids (5 and 7). They always speak to my kids in a friendly way and the tvs with fun kid movies is always a plus. Both my kids had to get fillings and the staff made it easy for them to feel comfortable and confident through their procedures. Also they supported my daughter’s Girl Scouts troop one year by buying several cookie boxes 💚☺️ thanks y’all for making their dental experience positive and fun!

  This place deserves ZERO stars, they have messed up several time with my daughter and I. The last time being that she had to have dental work, in which I paid $200 for laughing gas and more then mid way through, I mentioned something to my 4 year old daughter about the baby in my stomach and that's when the nurse realized I was pregnant and could not be around the laughing gas. At this point, my 4 year old was hysterical, crying and screaming and they told me I had to leave the room. After I kept telling them I would not leave my daughter, they decided to turn off the gas , they got mad at me and said I either leave her there alone for them to continue or they would leave it off. So I told them to leave it off and finished because they already drilled holes in her teeth and she could not be left like that! It's been over 2 weeks, they still have not refunded me my money, when they said they would but more than that, the doctor had the nerve to be mad at me. I am not a dentist nor do I know anything about it to know that a pregnant person cannot be around laughing gas. The front desk told me it was their job to ask me all the precautionary questions, which they did not. This place is beyond terrible and will not even take ownership, instead they have doctors and nurses that roll their eyes and try to blame me. I will never return and on top of that, I can't even get a hold of corporate. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! they have put my unborn baby at risk and have tortured my 4 year old daughter. If nothing is done soon then lawyers will have to get involved.

  I loved the place, the doctor and the nurses were super friendly and my son came out super happy, thank you for making him feel special.

  Bough my son yesterday for a clean up. Girl doing his cleaning was in a personal conversation with another employee. I didn’t say anything but my son was so bothered that he mentioned to me she was way into her conversation she wasn’t even cleaning his teethe but scrapping his gums. After that he did end up getting some fills done which was not bad the young lady who was in the room and the dentist performing the service were amazing and very nice. We ended up getting a second appointment to return today for an orthodontist evaluation appointment was at 8:00am was changed to 8:30am for some reason. We were there till 10 when we finally got his 19 min check up.Not sure why we get an appointment time if it’s not going to be followed through.Why were we waiting so long for a 10 min evaluation. Its ridiculous. This place needs better management.
