I have seen a lot of staff come and go and let me say 98% of them are amazing! There is this one older lady named April.. I have been calling in for my prescriptions and I know exactly when she answers the phone because every time she does, my prescription orders are completely screwed up. ever after she clarifies vocally what I will be needing to refill? The funny part about this while standing in line, I know a lot of people from this small city called West Kelowna! And the people I happened to bump into there say the exact same thing about April. I wonder if she’s a common denominator at this point? Maybe she needs a few extra minutes of sleep in the morning. But I’ve never had anyone treat me or others in such manner or disrespect. Especially when it has something to do with medication and what people need to get by on a daily basis. April if you’re going to clarify my refill of my medication‘s with me over the phone and then not once not twice not three times but four times!! I end up having to come back or not get what I need. This is completely disappointing and I think the matter should be addressed.
