The cashier was on the phone in Farsi with a coworker about the customers ahead of me, which was fine. Once they left, it was finally my turn. I walked up, said hello politely, but the cashier didn’t even look at me, didn’t answer my greeting, and instead called the person behind me to the counter and served her first. When I tried to say something, the cashier suddenly left her station and walked away. I was shocked and honestly felt completely disrespected. I ended up leaving without buying my lottery ticket or my items because I didn’t want to deal with that kind of attitude. This was extremely unprofessional and unfair. If this is how customers are treated here, it really makes you question the standards of the store. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because no customer deserves to be ignored and treated like that.
