I was told they would fill it when they received it, called back 5 hours later: no progress. Came back the next day… hadn’t even been started. Most of the staff are amazing but some seem to have no care about the quality of service at all.

One day I was feeling down and dejected, and I decided it was time. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but when I left I had found it. Though I left empty-handed that day, I am forever grateful to Ryan J. and the rest of the team for bringing me what I needed when I needed it most. Love you guys!

First of all, the photographer took the photos without even making sure my child was looking at the camera. He pressed the shutter twice very quickly and then told me to choose from those two shots — both of which were clearly not usable. There was no patience or effort to help a young child get a proper photo. Secondly, he never asked whether I needed the digital copy. After taking the photos, he deleted the digital version on his own. When I went to pay and told him I needed the digital copy, he said it was already deleted and asked me to pay again for another set of photos. I felt this was very unprofessional and poor service. I definitely do not recommend this place.
