I have really appreciated the friendliness and great customer service over the years but i am disappointed to see how new staff ( which i have seen most rece tly) being disrespectful to the older staff. i witnessed the incident by myself and felt bad how two staff members rudely behaved with the other staff member who was helping me to check out. Management should choose the right professionals who could show some respect to their peers. The guy who was behaving rudely was also not wearing the london drugs attire. Is it not the requirement any more?

Ash is a great technician and the rest of the tech staff are knowledgeable and personable. I originally took my iPhone 14 Pro to the downtown location and was not especially impressed with the quality of service. It could not be more different at the Tillicum store. I was able to speak to Ash directly, and he answered all my questions. 5 stars!
