He did not greet me and barely acknowledged my presence. I don't expect friendly service every time, but these are the bare minimum for customer service interactions that he could not be bothered with. Upon retreiving my package, it was carelessly placed on the counter and fell to the floor. No apology was given for potential damage to items I had already purchased. I specifically decided to buy a gift from a Canadian retailer, when I could have chosen any other store, and this enough for me to avoid this London Drugs in the future.

I actually ended up doing the majority of my Christmas shopping here and was pretty amazed at the selection and prices. I typically scoot in here for bathroom products but after taking a through look around I'm more inclined to shop here more often. The deals on foods and housewares were impressive. I'll be back for some more bargains soon!

After 7 minutes of being on hold, someone answers and tells me they have to put me on hold to speak with a pharmacist who answers 15 minutes later. 22 minutes on the phone to have a 45 second conversation to fill a prescription. Absolutely appalling.
