Esteve assisted me and kindly explained the process. (For online renewal, the photo receipt is uploaded on the back of the photo.) After receiving the first photo, I noticed the positioning of my face and sweater wasn’t quite right, so I returned and was helped by Gabby, who retook the photo. He carefully ensured the photo met all specifications and that I was satisfied before printing. I’m very grateful to both Esteve and Gabby for their professionalism and kindness, and thank them for turning my visit into such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this London Drugs photo studio.
